SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping: All orders leave our warehouse within one business day of receiving the order. This excludes weekends and holidays. We offer shipping options with USPS for all domestic orders and USPS and DHL for international orders. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: We strongly recommend DHL Express for all international orders. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages for orders shipped outside of the USA. 

Clearance items are non refundable and non exchangeable. All sales are final.

Items bought at a discounted rate with coupon codes are nonrefundable. Store credit will be issued for these items returned.

Returns: All returned items must be unworn with the hangtag on, and the original receipt must be included. Any free promotional items must be included as well. Mail back to the address on the shipping label and write "return" on your receipt. A refund will be issued upon receipt minus the shipping cost and a 10% processing fee. Any promotional items not returned will be charged the full retail amount, which will be deducted from the amount refunded. Items to be returned must be mailed out within two weeks of receiving your order - no exceptions.

Exchanges: If another size is needed, please send back to the address on the shipping label. Include your receipt and write down which size you need. All returned items must be unworn with the hangtag on. We will send an exchange pair along with a tracking number upon receipt. We highly advise taking the time to measure according to our size chart. Please use the CONTACT FORM to get in touch with us if you have any other questions. Items to be returned must be mailed out within two weeks of receiving your order - no exceptions.

* All orders placed between Dec 1st and Dec 25th will receive an extension for returns and exchanges to Jan 7th. Store credit will be issued for orders purchased with a coupon code.
